After talking to Mike, he put my mind at ease since I would be driving over 500 miles to make this purchase. "My experience at Don & Roy's was five star as soon as I walked in the door."How can I help you" was repeated in every department along with attention to my every need. I visited other locations with little or no sincere personal attention. I haven't ridden a bike for thirty years and had no knowledge of current technology much less what model I wanted. As they say "knowledge is power" and I received the power to purchase a 2007 Yamaha Majesty. Service and Parts Department matched the "how can I help you" atmosphere. I had specific wants and needs for accessories. Not only was the answer "yes we can do that" but it was followed up by other suggestions and ideas that made my Majesty a dream come true to own and ride. I highly recommend Don & Roy's.
